I also like how adaptable it is. **What do you dislike about Kodiak Hub?** I don’t have many comments at the moment. At some point, I’d like to create an API connection to extract the data into a central location for further analysis. Categories – and Management of Categories The system enables enhanced reporting and allows the business to monitor category-specific performance. It also supports collaboration between procurement, quality, and sustainability teams, who can focus on the most relevant supplier groups. This helps us to manage suppliers based on their risk profile and business importance. 3. Responsive Development Kodiak’s team is responsive to development requests, and the platform has evolved based on user feedback. **What do you dislike about Kodiak Hub?** some suppliers have taken the tool faster and some have taken it a little slower **What problems is Kodiak Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Why We Chose Kodiak for SRM A few years ago, Atria selected Kodiak as its supplier relationship management (SRM) platform in response to emerging regulations and the need for effective supply chain risk management. This decision was critical for maintaining the company’s success and compliance. Management of food safety certifications, vital for the food industry. Impressed of the overall user-friendliness on plaform, the interface, layouts, easy to navigate. 2. All the different useful modules that are ready to be switched on overnight when/if the need comes. 3. Smart actions, being able to use the platform to make the initial contact with the supplier if they have triggered a certain response in the assessment. Kodiak is a great team to work with **What do you dislike about Kodiak Hub?** It has been a bit limiting not being able to score the attributes ourselves. This means that the evaluation of our suppliers and fine-tuning of how to assess each question takes longer time then it needs to. It would have been much better if we as users could set and fine-tune scores ourselves. A thorough evaluation on our end showed KH was the best choice in terms of what we need; straight forward data and evaluation without overcomplicating the product. Making something simple is difficult and here is where KH team succeeded in creating an easy-to-use software. **What do you dislike about Kodiak Hub?** KH staff has been very helpful in terms of spend analytics but, seeing as there is a growing demand from their customer base, including us, we do expect this module to be strengthen in the time to come. **What problems is Kodiak Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to assess- and communicate with our supply base on a whole different level than before; it puts us in the cockpit, enabling us to evaluate new potential suppliers, asses them, do the onboarding and eventually follow-up on their performance. We can still do that but using various ways, files, forms, storage spaces etc - KH offers the same but in a consolidated and more elaborated package. ### 5. Most functions are intuitive and the visual side of it is nice. Also, the Kodiak team is helpful and approacheable and help is often offered fast if needed. Further, it is a plus that the platform evolves a lot depending on market trends and demands. For example, AI is now being more integrated in the platform and new tools to handle increasing regulatory demands are added as needed. This makes Kodiak a helpful tool to navigate supplier relationships and to work with sustainability and governance in the supply chain. **What do you dislike about Kodiak Hub?** A challenge for us when it comes to Kodiak is our complex company structure. We are a 100+ company group who are operating very decentralized but at the same time aiming to use Kodiak in a streamlined way, creating in-group synergies.
