I heard some extremely positive feedback about the site from my friends and decided to give it a shot myself. Before beginning the course, I assumed that I would be able to skip part of the material because I was previously familiar with the fundamentals. However, I opted to watch it at a faster pace, and as a result, I learned a lot of new stuff. It was very great to be able to understand so many ideas in such depth. I was able to prepare for my Docker test in less than a month. Without the class, **What do you dislike about KodeKloud?** I don't have many complaints regarding the platform or the course; the most of them are minor quibbles. The first thing I noticed was that the course's tempo was a touch slow, but this isn't a big deal. I enjoyed a faster pace because I was already familiar with some of the fundamentals. The only other issue I have is with the labs. Only in one or two laboratories did the solutions not match what was in the lab setting. This was mainly evident in networking-related laboratories, although it is to be anticipated given networks. There were also a couple instances when I experienced connectivity troubles. I heard some really lovely reviews about the platform from my peers and decided to try it myself. Before starting the course, I was under the assumption that I might have to skip some of the content as I was already familiar with the basics. However, I decided to watch it at an accelerated speed and I ended up learning a lot of things I did not know before. It was really amazing that I was able to learn a lot of concepts in so much depth. I was able to prepare for my CKA exam within just a single month. Without the course, I think it might have taken me around 3-4 months to properly prepare. Another thing I loved is that if a particular section needed some prerequisites, the course included those as well. For example, the networking section needed a lot of pre-requisites about networking basics and docker networking which I did not fully understand. I loved the fact that the course covered those topics instead of just mentioning "hey, these are the pre-requisites, study them then continue with the course" **What do you dislike about KodeKloud?** I don't really have too many negatives to share about the platform or the course, most of it would just be a bit of nitpicking. The first thing I noticed is that the pacing of the course was a little slow, but this isn't really a problem. I preferred a faster pace since I was familiar with a bit of the basics. The only other complain I would have is about the labs. In just one or two labs, the solutions did not match what the lab environment contained. I mostly faced this during the networking-related labs, but this is to be expected with networks. There were also a few times when I faced a bit of connectivity issues. It might have been my internet, but I often got a Nginx error while I was performing the labs. Apart from these few nitpicky things, I think KodeKloud is a great platform for learning about various Cloud Native tools. **What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is quite a big lack of resources when it comes to low-level, and in-depth learning for various concepts around the cloud native ecosystem and DevOps in general. There is content, but almost none of it goes into as much depth as I would like to see. KodeKloud is different in this aspect. I get a lot of in-depth explanations about various topics. I really love the fact that KodeKloud goes into the dirty work behind the tools and explains it's tiny nitty gritties.
