**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henry K. | Store Team Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

The learning materials are top notch, presented by people who are not just very knowledgeable in the domain, but also know how to get messages across in a clear, concise and 'unboring' way. Labs are available in a sandbox environment to reinforce your leaning seamlessly without having to manually set up things up.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

- The new platform looks great, but I can't seem to find way to access the forum page from the menu navigation.
- It would be nice to add "mark incomplete" feature for the lessons a user has watched. Sometimes, a user might want to review it again in the future, hence marking it as incomplete.
- It would be nice to allow users to review the solution for previous tasks in the lab. Currently, once users pass the a task, it will either automatically go to the next task OR users will need to click next manually (this is good, because users can match the given solution with their own). Once it goes to the next task, users are unable to go back to previous task.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless learning with sandboxed labs

Providing access for a team to relevant courses across a variety of topics, along with lab environments and playgrounds - thus enabling the read and do aspects of learning.

  ### 9. Experience of Kodekloud

  ### 11. Unique and Practical Learning at KodeKloud

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed Talha K. | DevOps Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

the hands-on learning approach. The courses include interactive labs and real-world projects, allowing you to apply concepts immediately and deepen your understanding. The instructors explain complex topics clearly and effectively. This blend of practical exercises and expert teaching makes the learning experience truly unique and impactful.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

One aspect I dislike about KodeKloud is the organization of the courses. It's difficult to identify which courses are Pro, Standard, or Free. It would be much more user-friendly if there were clear symbols or labels attached to the course names indicating their category. This would make it easier to navigate the platform and select the appropriate courses without confusion.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've taken many courses on platforms like Udemy and YouTube, but when I discovered Mumshad's CKA course, I initially thought it would be similar to what's available on YouTube or Coursera. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this course offers a clear and comprehensive approach to the topic, with hands-on lab sessions that reinforce each topic covered. This approach has significantly improved my skills, and I've been able to progress rapidly and confidently. I've completed about 60% of the course and I'm looking forward to completing my certification soon.

  ### 12. An invaluable practical learning experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon L. | HTML Email Developer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

The courses are excellent and well structured, the hands-on labs in particular have been amazing for helping me further understand what I'm learning and for retaining the information. Kode Kloud Engineer is has been the shining star feature for me for this reason.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

The only downsize I can see is that some labs could use updating for instance the Linux LFCS labs should be updated to include the new information for the updated videos. I'm sure the devs are hard at work, working on that and much more. Overall my experience is good and I 'm glad to have KK as a resource.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of technologys used in devops and I.T are diffcult to learn solo, KodeKloud is amazing because it gives you a structured path that you can take to reach your "goal" or in this case "role". I feel confident that what I learning will lead me to the job that I'm aiming for.

Quality Instructors:
The instructors are knowledgeable and engaging. They explain concepts clearly and provide real-world examples that help reinforce the material. Their expertise and passion for teaching are evident in every lesson.

One area where KodeKloud could improve is the speed at which new courses are added. While the existing content is excellent, it would be beneficial to see more frequent updates and additions of new courses to keep up with the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Overall, KodeKloud has exceeded my expectations and significantly boosted my skills and confidence in DevOps and cloud computing. Despite the minor drawback, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to advance their career in these fields.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KodeKloud solves several key problems in IT training by providing comprehensive, hands-on learning experiences. It addresses the lack of practical application in many courses through interactive labs, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. This approach significantly enhances my understanding and retention of DevOps and cloud computing concepts.

  ### 18. Best Platform To Learn DevOps Topics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barış Ekin Y. | Application Security Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

They have comprehensive courses about nearly every DevOps topic and are still adding new stuff. I like the Cloud Playgrounds section most and the career path approach is amazing. In that way, even if you are unfamiliar with the DevOps stuff, you are getting the right base courses and building your knowledge on top of it later. After learning each topic the platform provides you with a topic-specific lab with many tasks so while you are solving them you are making practice of the theory as well. I use the KodeKloud & KodeKloud Engineer platform every day.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

If you are not getting a yearly deal or do not come across a coupon code/discount it can be a little bit expensive.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In normal conditions creating that many different labs is a problem and while trying to learn some stuff you also have to deal with creating those labs. KodeKloud resolves this problem and gives you a seamless learning experience.

  ### 20. One Stop for DevOps Learning and getting experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manav S. | DevOps Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

I stumbled into Kodekloud 3 years ago when I was looking for a great CKA course. I stumbled across it on Udemy but soon I became a lifelong subscriber for Kodekloud Premium. What actually makes KodeKloud work is:
1. The courses are explained in such a manner that you are immediately hooked in.
2. The labs after the explanation ensures that if done properly; we become conceptually clear.
3. The paths that KodeKloud provides to follow - eg: Kubernetes Learning Path, IaC Learning Path etc. Everything is properly and meticulously planned out.
4. Have the knowledge and don't have experience? Don't worry; KodeKloud has got you covered. The KodeKloud Engineer program ensures that you get the experience.
5. Playgrounds - no more spending money. KodeKloud provides a variety of playgrounds including 3 leading cloud platforms. Practice to your hearts' fill.
I always needed focus to learn. But with the advent of the KodeKloud platform; I am binging on learning and practicing labs as if I am Netflixing and Chilling.
Also their YouTube videos have just been the cherry on top.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

The site is sometimes slow. Maybe that should be rectified. And sometimes the labs are not working as intended. If they solve this; then what more can we ask for.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was new to DevOps and its methodologies and the associated technologies. Not only does KodeKloud help you in identifying the path that are associated with the courses you enroll into; but also ensures that your concepts gets cleared with the labs associated with the respective lectures. The lectures are also simplified in such a manner that its not too hard to follow and the instructor also does not come across as patronising. Seriously - I am currently a lifelong fan of KodeKloud and I cannot stop recommending it enough.

  ### 21. Intro for a DevOps Noob

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan S. | NMCI Service Desk Tier 2 Technical Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

Honestly, everything they offer. Which is rare. I normally buy tailored Udemy courses after tons of research and peer evaluations/reviews. KodeKloud offers course for every subject I currently need (Linux/RHEL, Terraform, etc) plus others I may need afterwards (Kubernetes, advanced topics) so I purchased the annual subscription. Which adds more value by getting access to their EngineerPro, which I'll need for added experience. Their beta platform UI and layout took a bit of adjustment, but I'd say I like it a bit more than the current platform. The modules are structured intelligently, the labs are mostly intuitive (I have to do additional research sometimes since I'm new to CLIs), the flow of the course is logical, the completion certificates are well designed and easily publishable to LinkedIn, lag, if any, is minimal, instructors are understandable and knowledgeable, and everything is consistent. I use the platform daily (pulling ~25hrs/wk on studies), seamlessly picking up where I left off. The skills I'm learning I'm immediately able to implement at work and I'm retaining the information well enough that I try finding ways to integrate into my daily tasks. I'm actively pursuing cloud roles, and as you progress in cloud environments, mid and senior roles seem to require heavier DevOps skills even as a Solutions Architect. I haven't needed to interact with customer support, but the emails I receive aren't overwhelming, and informative. Very high probabilty of me completing every course KodeKloud offers.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

The only thing I can say I "dislike" on KodeKloud is the main platform (not beta) as the course progress and changes modules/labs, the side bar constantly refreshes to the top. Very minor annoyance in the event you're checking progress or trying to expand/view other sections. This issue isn't present on beta. Would like to see dark theme on beta, but I'm confident they'll have it once beta replaces the current platform.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KodeKloud has techncially saved me several thousand dollars, hundreds of wasted hours of research and checking reviews, and too much else to list. KodeKloud has curated and provided an almost complete library of everything I currently have on my list for studying in order to break into cloud and pursue Solutions Architect/Engineer roles. Linux/RHEL, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, AWS and Azure integrations. The labs and quizzes have been a lifesaver as I don't have the hardware to run VMs or practice most of these applicaitons/OSs. While KodeKloud is DevOps oriented, the higher level cloud roles all seem to require these solutions and skills so they're helping me exponentially expand skills and since a lot of these services seem to correlate, I'm able to recieve compunded returns on my time. My hope is that as I continue to progress in KodeKloud, it'll be what helps me land a job since I currently can't get into my desired environment to get the requisite work experience. Even if they don't release enough new content for me to keep an annual subscription, I would 100% spend full price on a monthly subscription or buy a course if the professional need came up.

  ### 22. Comprehensive and High-Quality Learning Experience with KodeKloud

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhil K. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

I recently enrolled in an annual subscription for KodeKloud, an e-learning platform specializing in DevOps. Having spent considerable time with their courses, I can confidently say that KodeKloud offers a comprehensive and high-quality learning experience.

One of the standout features of KodeKloud is the practical, hands-on approach to learning. The platform provides numerous labs and real-world scenarios, allowing learners to apply their knowledge directly. This practical emphasis is invaluable for mastering complex tools and technologies.

Overall, KodeKloud is an exceptional resource for anyone looking to enhance their skills in cloud computing, Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps-related fields. The investment has proven to be incredibly worthwhile, providing a rich and immersive learning journey.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

Nothing to mention as it is the only platform that I can recommend to anyone who wants to learn complex tools and technologies easily with real-time labs

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kodekloud is trying to make learning complex technologies easy by splitting them into various sections and levels. Having hands-on labs at the end if every task is very helpful to remember what we have learnt and be confident.

Kodekloud helped me to be confident on what I have learnt

  ### 23. A tool empowering DevOps engineers

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

Platform interface slightly outdated or less intuitive compared to other learning platforms

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

1. I have faced some issues in hands on labs that they disconnect very frequently sometime so they should fix on that.
2. They should add more content on coding languages and stuff for IT persons.
3. AZ-400 course is not available if it is available then it will be good.
4. They should introduce some pricing per learning path as well so that it will be more economical.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Right now i am preparing for CKA and CKS certifications from kodecloud and it has good path to be prepare for this certification.

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

I have just started learning about DevOps concepts as a developer, at the beginning was overwhelmed of how many new tools the usually manage through the whole cycle + managing cloud platform. Fortunately i stumbled upon this platform and its hands on labs, which is the part i like the most, definetly the key part to consolidate the theory parts and concepts to handle all those technologies and without the effort of setting up them locally on my computer. Without a doubt it helped me a lot to kickstart my career as DevOps.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

Even though the best part of this is the hands on labs, the part that i felt annoyed was that the labs doesn't save the progress. If for some reason you're not able to complete the whole lab or you have to leave, you have to start over again.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a well structured way to learn and practice about the DevOps field.

  ### 28. KodeKloud excels because of its hands-on labs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** dhanuka c. | expecting an internship, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

KodeKloud excels because of its hands-on labs. These labs let you practice DevOps skills safely, making learning fun and helpful.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

One minor inconvenience I encountered during my KodeKloud courses was the inability to open multiple tabs while navigating through the "Learning Path" section. This limitation sometimes made it a bit cumbersome to quickly switch between different courses or modules.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I began exploring DevOps engineering concepts, I was unsure of where to start my learning journey. KodeKloud provided a valuable resource.

  ### 29. KodeKloud Course Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali H. | Frontend Application Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

I recently completed a course on the KodeKloud platform and was thoroughly impressed. KodeKloud offers an exceptional learning experience with quality education delivered in a fun and interactive way.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

While my overall experience with KodeKloud has been very positive, there are a few areas where the platform could improve:

1 - course content ( Lectures ) is not downloadable for future review purposes. I need to buy subscriptions again and again.

2 - Platform Performance
Occasionally, the platform experiences slow load times or minor technical glitches. While these issues are not frequent, they can disrupt the learning experience when they occur.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of Practical, Hands-On Learning

KodeKloud emphasizes interactive labs and real-world scenarios, ensuring that learners gain practical, hands-on experience.
Benefit to You: This approach bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, making you more proficient and job-ready.

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

KodeKloud's courses are thorough and reasonably well integrated with its accompanying exercises.

  ### 32. an excellent platform

  ### 33. Best platform to learn or upgrade the DevOps skills

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anurag P. | DevOps Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

Hand-on lab was the best part. As a DevOps Engineer I know that without putting your hands into it you can't gain the experience of debugging the issues, which is common in this area.
Learning theory is easy but without hand-on it's of no use, so I am glad that I took the subscription of KodeKloud to explore and learn more with hands-on labs.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

I have been using KodeKloud for last 1 month, but till now I have not faced any issue.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many videos on YouTube which cover the DevOps and cloud concepts. But KodeKloud is providing hands-on session and quiz which makes the learner engaged and doing the same thing by own stays in mind for long time. And the best one is the user feels confident after going through quiz and labs.

  ### 34. KodeKloud the source of getting yourself at the top of the hill

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yorman A. | Senior Systems Engineer , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

KodeKloud is a platform that provides real use cases scenarios where you have to troubleshoot, create, fix and essentially get your hands dirty with a technology, improving your retention and experience with it. Definetely, this puts yourself in a situation where you need to remember the concepts learned in the courses so you can solve them.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

I've faced sometimes litte issues with the labs, related with connection or bad answers. However, the platform allows you to report these issues.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KodeKloud aims to solve the lack of quality platform for training professionals on DevOps, Cloud and System administration skills, currently my role is DevOps engineer, and just by having this high quality material I'm having the chance of improving my technical skills and learning to use new trend technologies.

  ### 35. Passed AWS CCP certification - thanks KodeKloud

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandeep K. | Associate Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

I recently passed my AWS CCP certification, and the only resource I used was the AWS CCP prep course from KodeKloud. What I loved most about the course was the two complete mock exams that closely mirrored the actual exam pattern. After each section, there’s a quiz to validate and solidify your concepts. Both instructors are amazing, covering not only the theoretical aspects but also providing demos of most services. I highly recommend this course, as they also provide you a concise summary of the entire course, which is incredibly helpful for the exam.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

Yeah I have one suggestion that 1-2 sections didn't had quiz so please add quizzes to those sections as well rest everything was awesome.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped me to clear my AWS certification.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh D. | Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

The lab environments make learning so quick and easy with minimal setup or wasted time required. They have an active community on Discord, the few times I had a question about something, I was promptly responded to and helped in minutes. I spent a few months studying on another larger well-known learning platform and felt like I just didn't "get it" with my CKA/Kubernetes studying. I dove into KodeKloud and the way the lessons are presented and demonstrated just made it all click! I passed my CKA with a score over 90%.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

No dislikes really, just looking forward to more courses/focused training to be released on more areas of study

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning about DevOps, originally purchased for the Kubernetes - CKA course study.

great community and helpdesk. i haven't utilised them much cause i got all i needded in the cource itself.

so simply great platform for learning and improving.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

Sometimes the labs get disconnceted but reconnects fast as well. not much of complaint.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

giving me confidence to say that i learnt something. just by solving the labs i can say that i coverd lot more than just going through the course

Some content doesn't get updated or re-recorded.

**Reviewed by:** Hamza S. | Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about KodeKloud?**

I am AWS and Azure Cloud Engineer and also have hands on experience on many DevOps tools. I was new to Kubernetes and a friend in my team referred me to take this course from KodeKloud. When I started, I reallized how amazing the course content is and how well organized lectures and labs are. Unbelievable start. I got interest in completing the course along with hands on experience and wanted to achieve certification. Just completed this course and adter few pre exam tests from KodeKloud and killer.sh and appeared in exam. I felt very comfortable during exam that I shall pass this exam with at least 80% marks and finally I got 92 because of a silly mistake by me in a question.

I was able to pass CKA just because of my teacher, Mumshad. He is excellent in his role and providing best of his services to people.

Kudos to KodeKloud 💯

Honest reviews, I would recommend their courses to everyone who asks for and I will also complete other courses on this platform soon.

The courses with the lab environment are the best. While learning a new tool, we don't have to set it up locally; instead, we use the environment which is provided in the course. It saves too much time. The playground is also great; I use it for learning purposes; only a single click can create AWS, GCP, Azure and much more, like Ubuntu and more.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

There is nothing to dislike, all courses are paid, and yes course deserves that it should be paid, and in the Kodekloud engineer, the free version gives only one task per day.

1. For every section of the course, one or more interactive lab environments exist where you get to apply what you have learned.
2. New topics that require prerequisite knowledge, are also discussed before diving deep.
3. The cloud playgrounds are not CPU or memory-intensive, hence interaction is not slow, unlike the certification exam environment. You can launch these playgrounds several times.

**What do you dislike about KodeKloud?**

2% of the time, the playground may refresh and you would lose your command history.

**What problems is KodeKloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridging the gap between just getting certified and gaining practical experience using lab environments.
