**What do you like best about Kodecrew?**

It has been useful that Kodecrew treats performance reviews also as a mobile-first solution. It simplifies the reviewing process with scheduled due notifications, threaded shoutout capabilities, and connection to project management applications such as Jira.

**What do you dislike about Kodecrew?**

Kodecrew does not integrate with our current HRIS system.  This means that we have to manually export the data from the Kodecrew and input it into our HR system which adds steps to the process as well as making it a higher risk for errors to occur.

**What problems is Kodecrew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kodecrew is a great solution to the problems of conventional performance appraisals because it is mobile-centered and promotes constant feedback.  Through time-bound reminders and a shoutout feature, feedback is timely and promotes workforce engagement amongst employees.
