Makes managing loyalty accounts easy. You can track points, rewards, and see customer purchases. Makes tailoring marketing campaigns easier by tracking customer data. Easy to verify customer purchases with date/time/items purchased. You can use it to run LTO or promotions. Great integration with our POS system. Easy to set up employee users and define their roles within your organization, which allows you to set limitations to what your employees can access or change. **What do you dislike about Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud?** Can be buggy at times. We consistently have issues where it doesn't recognize passwords and then we are forced to reset them. Sometimes the custom date feature bugs out and we have to log out and log in to resolve the issue. **Recommendations to others considering Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud:** Better than other loyalty management programs I have used in the past, but still has some bugs they need to work out. **What problems is Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to offer a more robust customer loyalty program, which has increased our loyal customer base. I like that it is easy ti create user profiles for the client that Kobie host. The layout of Kobie is simple and easy for me to teach my agents how to use it. **What do you dislike about Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud?** The only thing I dislike is that Kobie can sometimes run slow. I assume its due to a system overload, too many people on at one time. **What problems is Kobie Alchemy Loyalty Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Kobie to assist callers who have an AMC Stubs account. I add points to the account, edit their information, upgrade, downgrade the account, I can reissue cards or mark the account for different statuses. I also can leave notations on the account. I find the memo function is really useful. ### 10.
