The suite includes five products built on one clinical backbone: Kōami Hospital (a full HMIS/clinical suite covering registration, ADT, EMR, pharmacy, lab, radiology and revenue cycle), Kōami Workforce (a clinical-grade HRMS for rotational staffing, attendance, payroll and credential compliance), Kōami Inventory (real-time stock, batch and expiry control with purchase and reorder automation), Kōami Field Service (biomedical asset and technician dispatch, preventive maintenance and SLA tracking), and Kōami PACS (a browser-first, AI-assisted medical imaging platform with a zero-footprint DICOM viewer and structured reporting). Shared identity and a single data model let patient, staff, stock and asset data flow across the organization without re-keying. Kōami offers single sign-on with multi-factor authentication, role-based access with audit trails, open REST APIs and webhooks, and both web and native mobile apps.
