KnowYourProspect (KYP) is a UK B2B tool that records a client’s stated priorities before a sales or advice appointment. The professional sends the client a link. The client completes a short pairwise comparison exercise, taking around five minutes, in which they choose which of two statements matters more to them across a sector-specific set. A ranking is calculated directly from those choices, and a written report is emailed to the professional before the appointment. The client sees their own results on screen when they finish. Question sets are configured per sector. Live sets cover UK mortgage and protection advisers, and financial advisers working on retirement and pensions planning. Further sectors are in development. KYP is non-advisory. It does not make recommendations or carry out suitability, affordability or creditworthiness assessments, and it makes no psychometric or behavioural claims. It reports the choices made. AI (Anthropic’s Claude) is used only to turn the ranking into readable prose, and every report passes a second compliance check. The ranking itself is not produced by AI. No participant personal data is collected. Participants are identified only by a reference issued by the firm, and comparison data is deleted automatically after 60 days. Pricing is credit-based, charged per completed session.
