Their support is insanely fast plus they go out of their way to make sure you are all set. ### 2. We have a reseller account and have found them to be very responsive and helpful. The full suite of premium hosting software is available--cPanel, WHM, Softacular, Lightspeed caching. It has been easy to create subaccounts and additional users. **What do you dislike about KnownHost?** The initial screen on login is a bit confusing and could be improved. Other than that, no complaints. **What problems is KnownHost solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to host multiple websites and provide clients 360-degree control of their hosting experience. Nothing is kept back from our end users--they can fully configure their nameservers, etc. ### 3. I hope they will fix it soon. They usually respond to support requests in less than 10 minutes. Their servers are very stable and I have experienced very little downtime. **What do you dislike about KnownHost?** There is a $10 fee to restore a backup of a specific domain on your server if you have multiple domains and don't want all of them rolled back. This is something I should be able to do myself without contacting support, and I think the fee is just enough to be annoying. That said, there is really nothing else negative I can say about my experience with knownhost. **Recommendations to others considering KnownHost:** I would absolutely recommend KnownHost to anyone looking for a solid, reliable VPS hosting solution. **What problems is KnownHost solving and how is that benefiting you?** We host all of our sites on Knownhost and have had less downtime because of them. ### 7.
