Working with the KnowledgeLake team has been an excellent experience. They combine cutting-edge technology with a genuine commitment to partnership. Throughout our engagement, they have consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a willingness to tackle complex challenges.



What sets them apart is not only the quality of their AI-driven platform, but also the responsiveness and expertise of the people behind it. They take the time to understand challenges, collaborate on solutions, and continually refine their approach based on real-world feedback.


Their AI solutions have delivered tangible value while adapting to evolving needs and requirements. We appreciate their collaborative approach and look forward to continuing our relationship in the years ahead. **What do you dislike about KnowledgeLake?**

While KnowledgeLake's structured approach is one of their strengths, there are occasions when a more flexible, outside-the-box mindset would help accelerate solutions to unique business challenges. As requirements evolve and change, the ability to quickly adapt and experiment with alternative approaches becomes increasingly important. That said, the team has always been highly receptive to feedback and collaborative discussions. An inside look to their product roadmap could prove highly beneficial.

**What problems is KnowledgeLake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, our primary goal is efficiency and accuracy. By helping us overcome these two obstacles, our business becomes stronger and scalable.

**What do you like best about KnowledgeLake?**

Knowledgelake has been a document processing essential application for us, we utilize for many of our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HR, Environmental Health & Safety, Legal processing. Specifically, the new AI data tools around extracting key pieces of data from documents and the Workflow engine to help us with our Approve and Coding process with invoices. As you can imagine every Vendor's invoices are different, but with Knowledgelake Intuitive AI we can extract the essentials extremely fast and accurate.

Knowledgelake also offers a great technical support team that can help with new processes and or support through changes or issues. 

We process 100k+ files a year with this application. The integrations into our current data sources and ability to easily ship files off to various systems allows us to store the files wherever needed. We have many easy processes, but we have some more complex scenarios where we needed something that is ultimately flexible, highly configurable, and can adapt to our ever-changing needs with how we automate against moving documents around and through a business process and Knowledgelake continually shows up. We have various other projects where we plan to leverage Knowledgelake with this value!

**What do you dislike about KnowledgeLake?**

We get a lot of value, but we also need new features and functionality, for the most part Knowledgelake is keeping up and I think for the most you will get the functionality needed. We have some specific opportunities we are asking for and the good news is Knowledgelake actually listens to these asks and acknowledges them as quickly as possible. I think overall the roadmap would be good to have more visibility into the next 4 quarters releases and what's coming.

**What problems is KnowledgeLake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With so much variation in document structure coming from different internal and external sources, we needed a fast and accurate method to extract key pieces of information from these documents in order to process, approve, and store additional metadata for these files and the Intuitive AI and Workflow engine have been integral and key to the success and we have many other uses cases we would like to leverage Knowledgelake for.

Industry leader, historical expertise with best support ever.

**What do you dislike about KnowledgeLake?**

Not always aware of changes or direction or new developments.  I miss the user conferences they used to have.  Great way to learn what's going on with their products.

**What problems is KnowledgeLake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making search easier and more reliable helps ordinary users find what they need faster and initially replaced our need for sending boxes to offsite storage for archiving many years ago.

The fact that there are knowledgeable people available to quickly remedy issues.

**What do you dislike about KnowledgeLake?**

Addressing the black box.  Some of the solutions are not readily understood and require a level of security that is not readily transparent or accessible.

**What problems is KnowledgeLake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AP processing and HR document scanning.  The benefit overall is increasing the overall accuracy of document processing and storage while saving man hours.

**What do you like best about KnowledgeLake?**

Ease of setup and integration.  Zero footprint for desktop applications.  Was really easy to integrate into SalesForce and others without code. I am really surprised this product doesn't get more press!  Really great scanning and capture tools as well - best I have seen with regard to intelligently capturing metadata off of documents and making that data searchable (like invoice number etc.)

**What do you dislike about KnowledgeLake?**

I wish it got the press that it deserves.   It appears to be a small company that does not spend enough advertising the product or its value proposition.  Very engineering-driven company - they built something amazing that no one knows about.

**What problems is KnowledgeLake solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating document capture, then processing the documents so that specific workflows can be kicked off automatically by the amount or other information found on the paper copy - not many others do this seamlessly.
