The solution is working fine. But many calls are not showing the agent numbers, (getting disconnected and not showing the agent numbers) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing is very heavy for startups. There is no account manager and if you contact customer support team some random people will come and start the conversation again and again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
