**What do you like best about Knowify?**

I like that the guys in the field can click on and out.  I also like how easy it is to use .  Even the guys in the field find it user friendly.  And some aren’t that computer literate.

**What do you dislike about Knowify?**

I have not ran into any issues yet.  It’s a great program.

**Recommendations to others considering Knowify:**

Get it !

**What problems is Knowify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracks where the field guys are let’s them log time.  I like the po system as well

Knowify allows me to plan jobs and create a helpful cost estimate.

**What do you dislike about Knowify?**

None! Knowify has been so helpful in the past.

Helpful, low cost, and a free trial! Go for it!

**What problems is Knowify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the accessible app, it’s accessible everywhere on my laptop or desktop computer.

**What do you like best about Knowify?**

I think one of the best features of the program is the easy to use layout. Everything is super easy to see and click on. Easy functions to switch between screens and properly track data. You can easily integrate with quickbooks and generate reports. 

**What do you dislike about Knowify?**

There are a lot of bugs in the program still. Random floating 0's in calculations that make some calculations off by pennies in the invoices. Also sometimes certain keyboard buttons dont work if you have multiple windows open.

**Recommendations to others considering Knowify:**

Make sure to make a backup of your database. 

**What problems is Knowify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving some issues with service tickets and assigning individuals work. Benefits also with integration to quickbooks, having a complete view of finances and tracking expenses.
