KnowErgo is an AI ergonomics agent that turns any short task video into a validated ergonomic risk score, no consultant visit, no specialized equipment, and no weeks of waiting. ➤ How it works 1. Upload a task video: Capture the task on the floor and drop in an MP4, MOV, or AVI clip. 2. AI detects posture: KnowErgo runs pose estimation on every frame, tracking joints, angles, and load (e.g., trunk angle, shoulder angle, weight lifted) throughout the entire clip, not just a single snapshot. 3. Get scientific scores: The task is graded against validated, industry-standard methods: RULA, REBA, NIOSH lifting equation and other ergonomic assessment scores. Risk is tracked frame-by-frame so teams can see exactly when a movement crosses the action limit. 4. Recommend Fixes: KnowErgo recommends corrective fixes using AI and then you can upload a post-improvement video for a re-assessment to confirm the fix worked. ➤ Human-in-the-loop by design KnowErgo operates as part of the crew orchestrated by Ella (Knowella's Control Tower). It analyzes, scores, and proposes, but every write, send, or booking (like opening a corrective action) waits for human approval, with full activity logging. ➤ The problem it solves Traditional ergonomic assessments require expert consultants and take weeks to schedule and complete.
