The amount of content available on the Platinum package is quite disappointing. For the amount you pay you dont get the value in content available for our organization. It should be a pay per content model as I presume alot of the content is in the diamond package which is unaffordable and doesnt make business sense. It also forces us to use th PAB button which we are not keen on using and has little to no integration with microsoft. End user awareness training, and testing is extremely beneficial for a cybersecurity focused organization. The number one cause of incidents, is end user interaction leading to a cybersecurity event. KnowBe4 just does what it says it will do, it tests the users with both simulation and education material, as well as educates them on dangers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the fact that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has very granular and targeted content, with videos and training sessions that are not excessively long, concluding with verification tests. I really appreciate KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for its rich features and training content that range from media, documents, games, to interactive quizzes. These elements teach and test users in various perspectives and styles, fostering a deep understanding of cybersecurity. I also found the initial setup very easy since it's a SaaS. On this occasion, documents regarding the policies for the use of ICT resources (IS-AI-003 Acceptable use of ICT resources) were incorporated, reinforcing awareness and commitment from the staff by signing the acceptance of these policies. This has even allowed for the identification of certain discrepancies between what should be and the resources and tools available to comply with these policies.
