Also, the phishing campaigns we run regularly are a hit. People take them seriously and get upset (in a good way) when they fail, learning from the experience. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** The SAPA tests are a bit of a challenge to justify as there are multiple right answers and some are "more correct" than others, which is frustrating to some people. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to be ISO27001 compliant. We choose general topics such as password security and phishing awareness for all staff. We can also select more in-depth training for the development team. Users have given positive feedback such as the ease of understanding the material and duration of the topic. Just recently, we selected a very short session on Passwords (under 10 minutes) which was very positively received. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training?** Two things sometimes bother me, both in the modstore where they have all the material. 1. It is sometimes hard to find things, I searched for "quishing" recently with no success. 2. It can be hard to find training that meets our needs if we are looking for something general and not covered recently. **What problems is KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to ensure that our staff is up to date on security issues, KnowBe4 fulfills that need very well. This year we were able to integrate KnowBe4 to A-SCEND and upload the required information to prove security training to our ISO 27001 auditor with just the click of a button.
