I like that the training material is straightforward, and that they have a very large library from which to draw a variety of training materials to keep things fresh and varied for a wide audience. It's nice to be able to send out a training that I know isn't going to bore people to death, and the reporting and information available for all users is excellent. We support many businesses with our KB4 training, but this requirement makes new clients coming on board difficult.
