The documentation of how to set it up with various email platforms is great. Having a dedicated integration specialist (Tam) to answer any questions and guide us is awesome as well. Documentation only goes so far.

Immediate feedback from the SAPA would help get user buy-in to training. If a user knows they're lacking in a particular area, they'd be more likely to willingly take the training assigned to strengthen that area.

Users are more aware of malicious email coming to them and know how to properly react to it. Overall, this strenghtens the entire organization's security as well as those users' personal email interactions.

We use several products at my organization, all have been easy to implement and the learining curve to use them is small. If there are any problems or questions their customer support is fantasic.

Training Modules are good, but i feel more quizes modules needs to be added.

This solution is perfect for all user , but for i really found helpful for staff trainings. Becasue Knowbe4 gave a flexible times and module to play with our choice.

Campaigns and autoenrollment can becomone confusing with users separating from the company and new users joining. Often getting reminders for used that are separated.

At a minimum, it enables us to meet our training complance requirements.

We need our end users to beef up their security knowledge and experience, and KnowBe4 helps with that.

We are under a constant barrage of attacks and knowbe4 gives our employees the knowledge they need to defend themselves and keep our critical data safe.

I'd like admin console features, we'd like to be able to modify the courses included in a training session. I'd also like to see more features for the end-user console that keep employees engauged.

The fact that I can do all of my onboarding, Cyber awareness Training and policy management on one platform as well as constantly fine-tune and review in a straightforward platform, is fantastic

Cyber awareness, phishing and Ransomware training and testing, onboarding and IT Policy management

The training and information is paying off. Since switching from quarterly testing to monthly testing, we have seen our clicking numbers go down and our phish hooking numbers go up!

Still waiting to be able to reset an end users password for them inside of KnowBe4

The KnowBe4 training educates our end users about how people will use phishing and other social engineering methods to try and defraud them. I have been informed on multiple occasions that the knowledge they have learned from the training is also useful for their personal web use.

It helps give the staff something to look for.

Giving the staff more opportunity to see whats out there.

The most important aspect is it truly educates our staff on phishing awareness.

The only downside I have experienced is our staff is getting training fatigue. No so much due to KnowBe4 but in conjunction with other online training we require.

Outside of the training, which is fantastic, it complies with our insurance carrier's requirements for on-line phishing training.
