# How to begin an awareness program? What can be more effective? To begin a awareness program with a training, phishing or assessment? If I choose the assessment people will fall on the phishing? If I start with the phishing people will answer the assessment or do the trainings with the same mindset they had before? # Is SIP protection being considered in the future? We use 3CX and NexVortex as our IP phone service providers, 3CX being the IP phone portal/management interface while NexVortex is our SIP trunk service provider. Is it possible in the future that you guys will offer support for monitoring known scam numbers, telemarketers, etc.? Don't know if this is even possible but would be an amazing addition if it was. Our email has been receiving much less malicious emails (as well, they're all being caught by KnowBe4), but we are seeing an increase traffic of malicious phone calls so it would be awesome to have something to protect on that end as well. # What is the best way to automate distribution of performance reports to managers for individuals? Right now, we track performance for individuals over the previous rolling 12 months, as we don't want to have old phishing failures lingering forever on an individual's record. We are currently using a number of specific groups based on failure counts to assign a performance category, then pulling that data from the API. I'd really like a better way to generate a report, preferably with calculated and graphed trends so our managers can give consideration to more recent improvements versus older phishing failures. Is there a way to access the graphical user reports generated by the system through the API, or otherwise automate distribution of them? ##### Post Metadata
