KnowBe4's PhishER/PhishER Plus has numerous features. One of the best part of KnowBe4 is the Phish Alert Report button that comes with this product. We can install this button on the end user's email system, such as Outlook. With the help of this button, users can report suspicious emails in just a few clicks. This helps us to save their time and effort in the reporting process.

PhishRIP is a product that comes with PhishER. The limitation of the PhishRIP is that we can only query the emails reported by end users with the same name, email address, and subject line or attachments. We cannot create a query from our side to search for any different type of emails.
