We use the Phish Alert Button as an Outlook plug-in that allows users to report suspect email with one click. These reported emails then go into PhishER where I can review them. These reported emails are usually categorized and scanned, but I have to look at and label a few manually.

Sometimes I get a little confused while working in the console interface to determine if an email is already rated or if the system is waiting for me to take action.

I like the GUI that PhishER uses, it is easy and intuitive. When users report a "phishy" email, the administrator will see the email come through, the rules that are created by the administrator will decide what happens to that email next.

The downside is that PhishER is unable to be used to create a custom query to search o365. I have encountered phish emails that were forwarded and not reported by button and it would be nice if they can be ripped out

PhishER solves the manpower issue where otherwise a company would need somebody to monitor emails and manually remove the reported emails from the platrofrm being used.

The dashboard is very useful, gives you an overview of phish reporting. I also like the reports.

I like it overall, nothing negative to report.

I would like the user interface to be a bit more modern and seamless. At times it feels a bit cluttered and clunky.

The problem it solves is using AI to intake and handle mass user-reported emails. When emails inevitably come through the spam filter, it allows the end-user to act proactively and submit the suspicious email for review.

It's fully integrated with outlook (desktop and mobile) and webmail. Easy to use. Great reports

It doesn't work with generic accounts, It works only with personal accounts
