I like the various phishing emails that are sent out throughout the course of your subscription that make you think whether or not clicking a link is the best option for the situation at hand. I also love the tracking feature, so I will be able to educate other office members on the importance of thinking before clicking

There is not much that I would improve on the program.

I have realized that a lot more of our staff are aware of clicking links and sharing passwords since they are now trained to look over who is the sender and receiver, what type of file is being sent, and what the content of the message is asking for. I had gotten some pretty authentic-looking emails before but was able to catch a fishy-looking email based on the return email domain before I reacted to the message.

The ability to delete emails from all the users inboxes who received the email.

The Knowbe4 support is great, and the documentation is perfect, always answers all the questions.

If we know that a phishing email is in users inboxes through message trace, we have to wait for a user to report the email as phishing to be able to investigate further.

The RAW of the message, the domains and URL's help in blocking the exact domains the email was coming from.

The ease of setup and the power of the tool. "Plucking" email from our account will be amazing should we ever need it.

Nothing so far, the tools appears to accomplish what we need and allows us to feel a little more confident.

Really great platform for all of the basics needed to review reported phishing emails. It's super easy and intuitive to start using right away. The addition of PhishRIP and machine learning algorithms has greatly improved it from its earlier iterations, allowing for more automation and orchestration, which saves us time. The actions and rules are pretty solid. Overall, very good if you're just starting out on the phishing email review path.

Still no full-featured API, which is a bummer. I'm on the Beta program for the webhook feature, which is a nice addition, but still not a fully fledged API which would really help our overall incident orchestration and automation use cases. Really looking forward to when the API is released. There are other features that could be improved: reporting (I'd like to see more granular reporting capabilities), more intuitive search, some improved regex capabilities for rules, and better note taking features (still not searchable or editable).

Having a central platform for phishing report analysis is a great benefit, especially if you're going from just receiving a bunch or reported emails in a group mailbox. It really helps with metrics, standardizing procedures, automating some of the enrichment, allowing for searchability and adding metadata. Has many neat features which have saved us time and improved our visibility.
