It's super easy to go in and find messages in user boxes, then act on them as necessary.

It can be a little hard to figure out what the buttons all mean/do and how they interact. Perhaps more tips scattered throughout the UI would help.

When a threat comes in, we can very quickly view it and decide on a course of action. Delete or quarantine with just a few clicks in all user mailboxes. Big time saver over the native O365 method for removing messages.

I like the reports Generated and the capabilities to mark as reviewed. Having the ability to keep emails marked as dangerous and not by the AI is useful. Using the tool provides great insight into the organization's health, and whether or not the PhishER button is something users are taking advantage of.

I wish there was a more easily accessible way to view the reports from the PhishER, and I wish it was integrated with GRC Tool from KB4. By integrating PhishER and Phishing Simulation reports into GRC, would help to lower organizational risk as correlated to a security framework and the control requirements.

We have realized that user accounts often receive similar phishing emails, and PhishER helps mark dangerous emails from safe or simple spam. By allowing us access to user accounts, we can mitigate threats before they occur by removing similar emails from other user inboxes.
