What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?

The system can be hard to navigate at times. Setting up training cycles took some time, as it should, but part of that was the user experience. Overall its a good tool but less tech native persons may struggle to navigate the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?

That I can set it up once and just have it run. Add people to dynamic groups for training and just let it work. I log in frequenty and check on the stantuses. We will be using the other features as we move forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not super straight forward on setup of training and campaigns but they customer service walked me through step by step. It made for an easy implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
