The training library helps us learn and become compliance so that questions clients have can get answered quicker. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?** The videos could be in a better format and some of the restrictions to completing training could be a little better. **What problems is KnowBe4 Compliance Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance Plus is good at keeping our company compliant. It benefits me as an admin since a lot of the training is automated so I don't need to interact with users to set it up. ### 2. There are a lot of topics that are covered and the content is relevant and up to date. For an organisation like ours that has a lot of subsidiaries and compliance covers a broad set of areas, this is an ideal solution that is easy to implement and integrate with other existing tools. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?** The customisation in some modules is limited and at times it is difficult to follow a consistent branding. It would also help to have expanded focus on region specific and industry specific content but that is a huge task. **What problems is KnowBe4 Compliance Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are primarily using KnowBe4 Compliance Plus for Data Governance and Data Privacy mostly although we are also using the platform for other areas. ### 4.
