What do you like best about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

I like the fact I can easily send emails securely without any issues. It asks me If my email should be secure as it contains sensitive information. This feature has been a life saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

I wouldn't say I like the attachment function, I cannot send large files earlier, and it is much more complicated. I can send attachments easily if they aren't secure, but once I want to secure them, it's more complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

I like it, it was simply quiet to register and this helped me and I feel secure when watching the user interface. This software made it simple to use. The colors are stylish and most of the elements can be remembered. But I love customer service many, they respond rapidly and help resolve any problem, I like it and I may suggest it to everybody. What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

I didn't find problems or problems with making use of this software, but I've to say it was a bit of hard to get info about how it functioned, I can only limit it to an imperfect one, though it was liable for the needs of mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

Egress's graphical variant is extremely visible and makes it possible for multiple people to simultaneously deal with the files with the very best protection as well as encryption we deserve. It's probably the most efficient and dependable method to send files to 3rd parties without making use of the cloud. This application is a company solution which increases productivity and protects user specific data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

If it hasn't been investigated, pop ups are often, and I feel more features can be put into the platform. It's very unintuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

Egress has provided us with the security we required to manage our data, share our files, and keep them safe in our clouds. Our IPs are secured, our data transactions are happening without any worry about them getting bleached. It has a clean way to the cloud and sits there safe and secured from any threats Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

There’s nothing to dislike as such with the platform since it functions exactly what it offers. However, the learning of the application can be a little bit simpler and faster. The setting up of the software takes a bit of time otherwise it is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

I love how conveniently Egress provides human layer security for organizations to share confidential and sensitive data. It ensures that all of our data is protected from any risk of them getting breached on any digital level. Control of security is something that gives organizations quite a relief to keep functioning productively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

The process of learning how to use the platform to its fullest is kind of a little bit time taking. Sometimes my questions are left a little complicated and we end up delayed with productivity a bit, however, once you learn the use of it, the problem seems to diminish itself. What do you like best about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

The setup was very straightforward, and I found the ease of using this program while studying the GUI. This has benefited me in a tremendous way and I feel secure. The colours are sophisticated, and all of the features are easy to recall. What I enjoy best is customer support, they still respond swiftly, trying to fix any issue that may arise. I appreciate it and would without a doubt suggest it to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

I haven't noticed any bugs or issues with this program, but I have to admit that getting details about how it operated on the network was a little complicated, I could just classify that as a drawback, as it was willing to meet my needs. A further irritating aspect is the pop-up display so it doesn't change anything at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Egress we have improved our online productivity in a short time, they have provided us with the security required to manage our data in the cloud without much concern, now we comfortably handle our business transactions and protect our IPs without so many complications. What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Cloud Email Security (Formerly Egress)?

The application sometimes becomes heavy or slow and does not work without internet access, it would be great to improve it so that we can process our data faster and anywhere in the world so you do not have access to the internet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
