Some of the initial policy setup was a little difficult at first and there were a few things support had to change in the background that I felt should be possible through the interface, however once setup it has worked well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that the recipients will sometimes reply saying they can't open the document as they don't have Egress. I know this issue lies with them as they need to follow the steps in the secure email they receive, but a simpler process for a recipient may be something that can be looked at.
