  ### 1. Great for Automated Payment Reminders, But Reporting and Pausing Need Work

**What do you like best about Know-it?**

It's a really good platform for sending out automatic reminders to our customers which in turn has helped cash to be collected faster.

**What do you dislike about Know-it?**

It doesn’t let you generate any reports, and the pause feature isn’t automatic. You have to remember to manually pause any customers you don’t want being chased, which can be time-consuming.

**What problems is Know-it solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved the issue of poor cash collection, as the process has now been greatly sped up. We’ve also noticed an improvement in our DSO.
