Recommendations to others considering Knovio:

It is a suitable alternative to other more expensive options, like Brainshark. Just be careful to ask the right questions regarding integration to other platforms. It does not integrate with Marketo despite their claim that it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Knowlegevision for webinars on iPad."

What do you like best about Knovio?

Very easy user interface on iPad and laptop. Ability to easily load slides and add video and audio on each one. Page for viewing webinars was great and ability to ask questions was a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knovio?

Not able to edit slides in knovio. You have to edit and reload which is cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knovio?

We like the ability to create videos, and track comprehension via quizzes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knovio?

We've struggled quite a bit with video compression, and our videos playing back on KnowledgeVision as "fuzzy." Support has not been quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Knovio:

The tool is good, but support hasn't been very impressive. I'd recommend some sort of "out" in your contract before you sign, to make sure everything gets implemented properly and is working satisfactorily. After that, it's easy to use and a good tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Knovio solving and how is that benefiting you?

At Knowledgevision, we're always striving to improve the overall customer experience. We have increased our video resolution parameters so now when you upload a higher resolution video, it will be encoded and published at that higher level, reducing the fuzziness that you are describing.

Has a diverse set of apps to use, each of which has a different function. This product allows the user to create presentation on mobile device Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Has to have been customer support. All apps are online based so when offline this product becomes inconvenient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Knovio:

There is a trial period and tour that allows the user to first get a grasp on how the product works before actually buying the product. There are also cheaper and free options that work just as well. However if you really need a professional program that gets the job done then KnowledgeVision is for you. The only problem is that the services this program provides is rather spread out in various different apps. Its not hard to switch from program to program but it would be more convenient if they were all in the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
