We use KV for learning, rather than sales, so building a single package is a benefit. **What do you dislike about Knovio?** We always want better quizzing and interactive features. I would like more flexibility in how to create custom reporting. **What problems is Knovio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing learning across our enterprise, outside of firewall constraints. Providing many options for admins to upload content. However, leaves the link exposed to not logged in users. This has been used to our benefit as we provide employees required training prior to their first day however, this would be best as an option rather than a workaround. **What do you dislike about Knovio?** I believe this tool is best for training and employees with bad intentions could easily exploit the content. **What problems is Knovio solving and how is that benefiting you?** KnoledgeVision helps us train new employees effectively with a variety of options. ### 3. They are able to view the material without having to read it in an email. I believe the information is retained better. ### 5. The videos are easy to use and view. Overall we are very pleased with the performance of the application. **What do you dislike about Knovio?** I would like to see the ability to have a slide library with audio for reoccurring slides in multiple presentations. **Recommendations to others considering Knovio:** Make sure it fits your need and use before implementing. Training is good and can be easily scheduled. **What problems is Knovio solving and how is that benefiting you?** safety training for use on a new mobile app and on our website. You can create amazing presentations that feature your PowerPoint slides, video, and audio. They are easily shared and you can track the guestbook for more detailed reporting. **What do you dislike about Knovio?** The audio/video recording time available on an iPad or tablet is only 20 minutes, you can create endless ones on an actual computer but it's harder to set up a multi-person/department presentation this way. **What problems is Knovio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to easily explain tutorials has really simplified the way we present. Just be careful to ask the right questions regarding integration to other platforms. It does not integrate with Marketo despite their claim that it does. **What problems is Knovio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to gate our on-demand video content and provide chapter navigation. ### 12. Ability to easily load slides and add video and audio on each one. Page for viewing webinars was great and ability to ask questions was a big plus. **What do you dislike about Knovio?** Not able to edit slides in knovio. You have to edit and reload which is cumbersome. **What problems is Knovio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to reach 1100+ customers for those unable to attend live sessions as well as 500,000 additional customers for plan specific issues. ### 13. Support has not been quick to respond. **Recommendations to others considering Knovio:** The tool is good, but support hasn't been very impressive. I'd recommend some sort of "out" in your contract before you sign, to make sure everything gets implemented properly and is working satisfactorily. After that, it's easy to use and a good tool. **What problems is Knovio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving training retention, and sales skills issues. This product allows the user to create presentation on mobile device **What do you dislike about Knovio?** Has to have been customer support. All apps are online based so when offline this product becomes inconvenient **Recommendations to others considering Knovio:** There is a trial period and tour that allows the user to first get a grasp on how the product works before actually buying the product. There are also cheaper and free options that work just as well. However if you really need a professional program that gets the job done then KnowledgeVision is for you. The only problem is that the services this program provides is rather spread out in various different apps.
