I really love the white glove service we've gotten from their customer support team. They have gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met and added customizations to suit my team's needs. The pretty visualizations that can be produced by using Knoetic is key to eliminating the data downloads, pivot tables and charts we have to build manually.
