## About Knockri
Knockri is a structured interview assessment tool that uses ethical AI to analyze and score candidates’ responses to behavioural questions according to a skills-based framework. Knockri allows recruiters to assess candidates based on skill alone, ignoring other characteristics such as race, age, and gender. Our partners’ use of Knockri’s hiring dashboard and virtual interview platform has improved candidate experience and organically increased hire diversity.
