Knockio is a full-cycle field service management and door to door sales software built for teams that work in the field. It helps businesses manage the full workflow in one place, from the first lead and signed deal to scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, communication, and job completion. At its core, Knockio gives field teams a connected system to handle both sales activities and service operations without jumping between different apps. Instead of using one tool for canvassing, another for CRM, another for scheduling, and another for invoicing, businesses can run the entire process inside one platform. For Sales Teams: Knockio supports door to door canvassing with tools for territory management, route creation, lead tracking, pipeline movement, proposals, and e-signatures. Managers can assign areas, monitor field activity, and see where each rep and lead stands. Reps can log visits, update lead progress, add notes, upload photos, and move prospects through the sales journey right from the field. For Service Teams: Knockio functions as a complete field service management platform. Teams can also upload media and documents, create follow-up tasks, track job progress, and keep everyone aligned through notes, reminders, emails, messages, calls, and calendar management. **What do you like best about Knockio?**

I appreciate Knockio for its excellent customer communication feature, which none of its competitors offer. It allows me to know what all my reps are saying and doing without having to check their phones. I love that it saves all communications, so even if someone quits or gets fired, we can still see previous communication. The simple, one-day transition setup was a big plus too.

**What do you dislike about Knockio?**

A couple of bugs have popped up, but they get fixed and updated daily.

**What problems is Knockio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knockio lets me track reps, keep track of homeowners, and communicate in one place. It saves all communications, allowing me to know what reps say without checking their phones and provides access to past interactions even when staff changes.

**What do you like best about Knockio?**

Knockio has been truly beneficial in effectively managing my sales team. Onboarding was simple and now I can see all of their jobs from the first contact until they are closed out. 

Jobs are easy to navigate through and move from board to board. All of the contact info is stored and we can call, text, or email within the job, so all communication stays in one place. I no longer have to use multiple systems just to door knock, manage jobs, and communicate. Such a cost saver!

**What do you dislike about Knockio?**

I don’t have one negative thing to say about it.

**What problems is Knockio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s all in one so I’m paying one company, not several, to effectively manage workflow. The price is unbeatable.

**What do you like best about Knockio?**

Knockio has been a great addition for our multi-office company with a large team of door-to-door reps. I love the route optimization feature, which saves our reps significant time each day. The real-time rep tracking is a major plus for managers, allowing us to keep accountability high without micromanaging. The lead management system is clean and simple, letting reps log contacts on the spot. The straightforward interface is easy for new reps to pick up quickly, which is crucial given our frequent onboarding. Customer support has been responsive and genuinely helpful when we've had questions. It's fantastic that Knockio has pulled everything into one platform, eliminating the need to juggle a CRM, a mapping tool, and a group chat separately. Real-time GPS tracking is a game changer for ensuring accountability across multiple locations. Onboarding new reps is much faster because the interface is intuitive. The support team is solid and actually solves problems, not just redirects us to help articles. With Knockio, we're not juggling different apps anymore, making it one of the best decisions we've ever made. The initial setup was smooth and very easy.

Knockio streamlines our field operations with route optimization and real-time rep tracking, saving time and boosting accountability. It integrates multiple tools into one platform, reducing daily friction and making onboarding faster. It keeps our lead management simple and effective.

**What do you like best about Knockio?**

I like how Knockio makes it easy to keep areas separate for reps in the field and keep customers' individual job details organized. I find the ease of use on the phone app particularly appealing. The app efficiently organizes customer calls with the work phone numbers within the CRM, and if I call or text a customer, the call log and texts are saved within individual jobs. The initial setup was easy, with a demo and an onboarding call to help with the setup process. It's also great that Knockio took the place of three previous apps we used.

**What problems is Knockio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Knockio to keep reps' areas separate and organize customers' job details. It organizes customer calls within the CRM and saves call logs and texts in individual jobs.

Knockio has helped me reduce my monthly costs, and I no longer need to rely on multiple programs. It now gives me everything I need in one place, which makes managing my work and team much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Knockio?**

No complaints so far. On the rare occasion I’ve had a concern, the Knockio team has been quick to respond and handle it. Both the app and the website work great, and everything has been smooth to use.

It’s great having canvassing, phone calls, and a CRM system all in one place!

**What do you like best about Knockio?**

Its very intuitive and simple to use.  The customer service is extremely responsive and the setup is simple.  The administrator tools are very helpful and I have great customizability for our team's specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Knockio?**

Honestly anything that we find in terms of functional issues or bugs have been fixed almost immediately.  I have no complaints yet!

**What problems is Knockio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It combines canvas tracking and CRM seamlessly, and for a fantastic price.

I love the app I haven't really found anything I dont like about it

It has moved my canvassing and crm and calls and emails into one app so it easier to navigate and track better
