**What do you like best about Knit API?**

Once you’re integrated with Knit there is almost no effort needed to add a new integration. Any new integrations requests are also supported on priority. It saves months of product and dev effort.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

While they do offer a bunch of sandbox accounts to test with. They could add a sandbox for Oracle

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are tens of products that we keep getting integration requests for, Knit helps us solve for integrations once and for all.

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

Knit was really easy to setup. Got wonderful support from the Knit team, including adding a few CRMs that we needed to their product on our request

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

Knit needs to increase their ERP portfolio quickly. Would make their product perfect for our use case

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We automate the customer feedback process for our customers by integrating Merren (our product) with their CRMs. The key challenge we face is the variety of CRMs available make it impossible to do build custom APIs for each one, test it and maintain it on an ongoing basis. Knit helped us scale our CRM integrations with a few days

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

The team is much resposinve and would go extra mile to customise the product as per your needs thus getting customisations which you want becomes easier and the pricing model also is pretty cheap for a startup.
Post which as APIs are customised we are able to use them easily.

A platform like hotglue has 1000s of integrations already with every type of template there, so ease of integrations is faster and teams can explore new things

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to build a data pipeline on top of chargebee and did not want to integrate there APIs so we reached out to them and they built one for us

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

The ease of integration of RazorpayX Payroll with Knit for integrating with multiple HRIS. 
The availability and consistency of data across various tools is great.
The customer support which we got was great as the team was quick in acknowleding the various queries and concerns raised while integrating and really quick to resolve any issue or add customizations as and when required.
Knit has a good UI dashboard to track things in terms of the various syncs as well as the various webhooks which were triggered during the syncs.
The accuracy of syncs in terms of data processing is commendable.
The APIs and the UI both are pretty easy to consume for clients.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

The pagination and filters on the sync dashboards could be improved. The documentation for the APIs could be improved providing more details for the various possible values fields and values which can be used.

**What problems is Knit API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knit normalizes the user details from the various HRIS and shares them via webhook. This helps RazorpayX Payroll to integrate with the various HRMS tools in quick time without having to look through the API documentations for those tools and integrarting with them individually. The accuracy of data processing and consistency of webhooks are great.

**What do you like best about Knit API?**

Knit has helped us to reduce our time to go to market when it comes to integrations. They have an elaborate product (API) suite for HRIS, Expense management, ATS, Accounting which enables the client like us to integrate very quickly. Along with that, the support that our team and devs have got from Akshat and Kunal is amazing. They are always ready to understand the use-case and enables us either by making changes or guiding us to fulfil those use case. 

We have been working with Knit for past several months and really appreciate their support and technology to help us move faster.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

There are certain use cases that are missing for few integration that they support but I am hopeful that they will be able to bring them quickly and support their clients.

Knit helps Multiplier to setup integrations that our customers would like to integrate with for smoothly running payroll and HRIS use cases along with Accounting and ATS use cases.

Knit has great detailed documentation on each of their APIs, they support a wide variety of integrations that are critical for our customers. The Knit WebApp is easy to use and presents all the features/settings we need in a single UI. The team has been amazing in terms of their responsiveness to our customers' needs for integrations and have supported us in this journey this far. Special mention to Kunal and Akshat for their prompt, detailed and unwavering support! It's been awesome using Knit and more awesome working with Knit's team on this journey together.

There are some integrations that are popular with clients but missing, but I know they are already working on these and will have them out pretty soon.

Knit provides a bridge for us to enable our customers import and export their HR and Payroll data into and out of our systems. Some of the use-cases are complex and require a bidirectional sync and Knit supports those too.

With the help of Knit, our time to market has reduced significantly. The team has great resources and very well explained documentation. Their web-app dashboard is easy to use and has most features covered. 
Their list of partners is ever growing and their customer support is unwavering. Special shoutouts to Akshat and Kunal for enabling a seamless journey for us.

It solves the problem of integrating with multiple ATS and provides clean and simple interfaces. This helps us to bring the business into portal easily by aumotating the data workflow seamlessly.

They have have more out of the box integration with eCommerce and Service CRM ecosystem.

We are software SaaS company, and our system offers a lot of value once plugged with eCommerce businesses other software applications like Shopify, Zendesk among others. Before using Knit, we were building custom integration inhouse and maintaining and updating APIs was a challenge. After Knit we need less integration resources inhouse.

The best thing about integrations built through Knit is the speed with which they deliver the data from other apps. It can sync hundreds of records within minutes, and that is very impressive. Also, the no-code customization options that let us build integrations specific to our use case is a huge help.

When it comes to integrations, more is always better. Would love to see what else Knit has to offer in the coming days.

Integrating with multiple apps and platforms was never easy. We either had to rely on the API of individual platforms or tools like Zapier. And setting these up was another challenge. Knit has helped us overcome all of these. Also, the fact that they do not store any customer data at their end puts us at ease regarding data security too.

Our users use our platform for critical documents and contracts, so data security was one of our top priorities. Plus, we are a lean team, so Knit fit our requirements to the T.
Our dev team used it to integrate a number of third party apps and platforms in minutes. Super efficient and you can set and forget.
We are considering their annual pricing, which is priced significantly lower than their monthly plans.

You can subscribe to different data models to retrieve only information necessary/critical to perform application functions.

**What do you dislike about Knit API?**

Not every HR application supported by Knit has the same behavior, so you have to manage the front-end experience for outliers or systems that aren't 100% supported by the standard/expected behavior.

I am able to focus my development resources on more critical features and modules instead of "HR back-office integrations"

They have good coverage of integration apis across multiple tools.
Most of all Knit's team is very helpful in building and scaling with you.

Ability to integrate alerts on failures during integration.
Pricing can be usage based.

Knit helps in quickly integrating with multiple tools and thus help in scaling our SaaS product. By building just one integration we get almost 15+ out of the box.

Retry logic and exponential backoff on user sync were very helpful.

Not seen as such but the UI monitoring logging could be better.

It provides single interface to integrate with different apps and providers. This is really unifying the use cases also avoiding maintaining user credentials and various sessions.

KNIT was truly been a game-changer for our team and enhanced the way we work. Thanks to its effortless integrations, we could create our custom setup for so many use cases, including message updates on Slack, CRM insights from HubSpot, accounting notes from Xero, and many more!

Nothing to dislike! It's constantly maturing and becoming stronger with every version.

Our team was possibly working at half of our productivity until we started building integrated workflows with KNIT. With an integrated tech stack, we've been able to optimize our usual processes and ramp up our growth.

I loved how responsive the team was to any queries or requests we made. They're pricing was also quite decent compared to the rest of the providers we dealt with.

Nothing major. Although, they need to have access keys for sandbox environment so that the testing is more seamless

Good documentation. I can get most information I need by reading documentation

HRIS API sample for specific application. Sometimes, I found it difficult to find the APIs for specific application. Currently, Knit only has Hibob and Bamboo examples. And the category in sidebar, it doesn't have any order and it could be difficult to seek for what we want.

It helps me integrating and sync data from and to other HRIS systems like Hibob, Bamboo, etc

We list most kit as they are not storing any data in cached or server. so its totaly secure saas which takes away all data security concerns and also enables it to serve more real-time use cases.

if they add more integartions then it will be great like ticketing and esign modules.

We are looking to integrate 10-15 APIs which get solved by Knit. we are very happy without spending much time we will be able to integrate all APIs with in less time and it is great to use when you require it.
