Vigil, a Knight Software platform, is a behavioral health EHR with FASAMS reporting built in. The FASAMS Export Center builds, validates and submits Chapters 04, 05 and 06, and flagged records never leave the building. Documentation completes itself: service templates drive a live Completion Stepper, signatures are enforced at sign time, and completed notes lock. Invalid payers can’t be billed: there are three gates, including 32-point claim validation before anything enters a batch. The Counting House handles 837, 835, 270/271 and 277 claims and explains denials in plain English. Quick Pulls gives you 13 live dashboards, including HB633 compliance and POMs, each one click to Excel. And it’s warm: every user chooses a hand-painted companion that celebrates their wins.
