The best thing about Kluster is that it gives you insight on your whole pipeline. You know how many deals are in wich stage and how many of them are not moving forward. It is the negative things like deals stuck and deals that might slip that is the most importnat to take aktion on. I love that Kluster helps me stay on top of my pipe and making sure no deals slip through the cracks. Little things like how often a deal close date is pushed out affects deal velocity and Kluster highlights this. It's been super helpful as a newly joined AE to make sure I'm hitting my sales goals. I think the UI can be improved, but I prioritize the data that a revenue intelligence platform houses. Kluster provides exactly that. Finding the sidebar arrow to collapse it can get annoying sometimes (would be nice if it was dynamic and adjusted the main screen rather than taking up a few inches and having to manually collapse), but the product functions as expected. There is a certain degree of trial and error with getting the dashboards set up, but nothing worse than I expected given the way our system is set up.
