The independent nature of the process was huge. Prior to engaging Doublecheck we had very low participation from our prospects and insights weren't very helpful. With Doublecheck's methodology and output, we identified opportunities for new commercial models, gained ongoing insights into competitive landscape, validated product gaps, and ultimately, improved win-rate.
