klub.work is a workforce management platform built for event agencies, caterers, and hospitality businesses that rely on freelance temporary workers. KLUB helps companies build, manage, and optimize their own network of trusted freelancers — replacing the need for costly external temp agencies. From automated mission notifications and scheduling to time tracking, invoicing, and French regulatory compliance (CDD d'usage, URSSAF), KLUB centralizes the entire freelancer lifecycle in one intuitive platform. Workers get a mobile app to manage their availability, accept missions, and track hours, while managers gain full visibility over their staffing operations. Key benefits: Build and retain your own reliable freelancer network Automate mission planning, notifications, and time tracking Streamline invoicing and billing for freelancers Stay compliant with French labor regulations Reduce dependency on external staffing agencies klub.work is designed for small to mid-sized B2B event companies looking to improve reactivity, cut costs, and strengthen relationships with the workers who know their business best.
