KloudMD is front-office software for medical, dental and aesthetic practices. Patients book online around the clock and the appointment is written straight into the practice's EHR/EMR calendar (athenahealth, ModMed, DrChrono, NextGen, AdvancedMD, Tebra, SimplePractice, CareStack, Jane and others). An AI voice receptionist answers calls after hours and during overflow and books the patient, and missed calls get an automatic text back. The same platform covers two-way texting and web chat, appointment reminders and recalls, digital intake forms, text-to-pay billing, Google review requests with drafted replies, a shared inbox, team chat, call transcription and analytics, plus a mobile app for the office line. KloudMD works under a BAA and is HIPAA compliant.
