Kloo is an user friendly software with lots of great features in it, especially in terms of invoice processing with all levels of access and tranperency. In every 5 minutes when we away from the screen, the Kloo get automatically timed out and again we have to insert the OTP to login. Although, its good for data privacy. Throughout AP Kloo automates processes that used to be manual. What do you dislike about Kloo? There is not much to dislike. I asked for some improvements to platform and they added them to the roadmap, kept me informed and quickly released new features! There is far less need to maintain separate spreadsheets and it is so much easier to audit who made approval decisions and when on supplier costs. When encountering a more niche issue it can take a long time to get any sort of defenitive response, and if it's something that can't be improved from a development standpoint then it's a "nothing we can do."
