Absolutely nothing at all can be disliked. The learning curve was fairly easy, you don't need to know anything about coding, I have just a basic understanding of APIs and KPIs. If you get stuck they will provide as much help as needed, they have a Ninja service which is like having a professional coder in your back pocket and they also do a free onboarding as well to show you just how powerful their software service can be.
