I really like the functionality it has. Overall, if you know what you're doing with api integrations and coding, you can make this baby beautiful. What do you dislike about Klipfolio? I really dislike their training style. It's costly, and you have to pay a lot for a support ninja to help you. If you're a small company, it can run up your bill fast. It is meant for larger organizations, and depending on the level of complexity, a lot of the same integrations could be acquired for free now within the Google Data Studio if you are hoping to utilize this simply for marketing. What problems is Klipfolio solving and how is that benefiting you? This is excellent to review your key metrics in one reporting place quickly. It can show you all the platform data that you find most important on a dashboard to know where you are headed. I was able to pull customer leads that filled out the form on the website as well with the date and time stamp so a client could easily find out how many customers they were acquiring in real-time. It was easy to get started with Klipfolio - they have a lot of great examples and documentation available and the connectors that exist are numerous. The fact that licensing is not user-based is exactly what we needed to start our company getting excited about viewing and using data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Klipfolio? Chart creation, especially timeline based charts are a chore and require quasi programming knowledge. I really wish reference lines, trend lines, and simple narrative or annotation points were allowed within bar and line charts. I've figured out trend line creation but it requires 4-5 lines of pretty complicated function use. The last thing is discoverability of data and datasources - I know it's not a data catalog but you can easily get yourself into a rabbit hole with dozens of dashboards and hundreds of sources. I like that you can customise your views. I have used dashboards within specific pieces of software but this really has lots of options to take your data visualisation to a complete new level. I've not only implemented several dashboarding tools over the years, I've had my engineering teams build them from the ground up. Klipfolio is the best-of-breed dashboarding solution I've used. Its large number of SaaS data connectors makes weaving together metrics from a several disparate systems a breeze. There hasn't been a dataset that I've not been able to inject into Klipfolio thru the use of their ETL and querying capacity. This includes my own company (Cobomba.com) databases in addition to typical SaaS products like Google AdWords and Analytics, eCommerce tools, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Klipfolio? I would prefer that the metrics data refresh automatically each day without having to pay an additional fee for that feature. Provides a large number of data sources both online and offline, this without counting the various applications that complement this specific service; In addition to the databases, we now have various spreadsheets and computer servers or files available. It should be noted that all these facilitating tools can be pre-built or there is the opportunity for the entire team to generate them from scratch in the powerful editor. Some technical knowledge is needed to handle functions such as the backend of the board, since if someone is not very familiar with the coding and the data sets that this process deserves, they cannot do it comfortably. However, after configuring it to your work style, you can work with agility, therefore it deserves some learning before starting to work. The visualization editor is simple but very useful. With the multiple updates they improve every day. KPI indicators are of very good quality and work very well.
