Time saving, short and upto the point drop downs. Easily for any preson to use or get use to it. Well connected to whatsapp, can mail the candidate or change the statuts in no time. Easy for Data management and Vacancy Mangemnet. Klimb Backend team is also very active, reverts in seconds. **What do you dislike about Klimb.io?** We cannot edit profiles History if the Job not being opened by us. Have to go to the Data base and add the profile to the Job. Search needs to be more "word" search. **Recommendations to others considering Klimb.io:** One should use Klimb, because of the simple and userfriendly, and Good after service and Backend team. **What problems is Klimb.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time saving. Need not download profiles on the deskto or creat any folder. Profile is avaialbe in seconds Just a click away. Directly i am able to upload profile from Naukri portal. work can seen easily by the reporting managers. clouser list and JD are effortlessly avaible. ### 6. While Filter, only one filter option can be choosen at one time and it automatically filter the data rather waiting for more filter options to select. **Recommendations to others considering Klimb.io:** 1.User Friendly application for Recruitment purpose 2.Some fields from Documents requesting page should be removed like Esop etc. 3. file upload options should be provided to upload aadhar card so that front and back both JPEG can be uploaded. **What problems is Klimb.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously page do not get refreshed. Now the page gets refresh automatically.
