We required a lot of help, and they were delighted to help. They were accommodating in terms of how we wanted to view the data and didn't make us feel like we were pestering them when we asked the same question 1000 times. Account management is excellent, and the team is open, accountable, and simple to deal with. The strategic approach has assisted us in achieving better outcomes, both in terms of ROI and lead quality. We experienced a few snags, but they were minor blunders that any insider might have made. As a consequence, there hasn't been anything I didn't enjoy; the firm is incredibly customer focused and is always checking to make sure we are satisfied with their outcomes and requesting input and possibilities to enhance their performance; they are quite proactive, when it comes to client pleasure. We needed to produce more high-quality, actionable leads for two of our company's divisions. The benefits have included a significant boost in lead quality and a substantially greater return on investment compared with other service providers. We lacked an in-house digital marketing team and were generally lacking in internal marketers. We have an entire team of professionals working on our account for considerably less than the cost of employing one individual. They raised our conversion rate while decreasing our CPA.
