I wouldn't say this is a downside, but working with any vendor takes a little time to onboard them and explain the business, but it has been very easy to do with KlientBoost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KlientBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?

KlientBoost has really helped us start using paid social in a bigger way. We have been able to work closely with them to think through strategy behind our paid social and what will resonate the most with our audience. I've been working with KB for a year on our advertising and we've built a great relationship. Not only do they anticipate my needs by now, but I also trust them with their insight and strategies. Great communication, easy to interpret reporting, and I get to enjoy one of my favorite things about my work - geeking out over ads together. Even with a unique company and niche products/services, we've figured out how to get the results together and look forward to doing even better in the future.
