They reviewed P&L data with us to ensure that we’re maximizing our return on our ad spend while maintaining efficiency. We came to KlientBoost after a 6-month term with the Google Brand Accelerator program. We much prefer working with KlientBoost over the team that was working with us directly from Google. Our return on our spend is more than two and a half times better than where Google had us, which is a huge improvement! **What do you dislike about KlientBoost?** There aren't a whole lot of downsides to working with KlientBoost, they try very hard to keep an open line of communication, they are quick to reply and they listen to feedback etc. For us, it's more a struggle to find that perfect mix of efficient ad spend paired with the right amount of prospecting/conquesting - which is more to do with our products and category - it's been a tricky balance for us to find and we are still working on it. **What problems is KlientBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our goals were to increase the conversion rate while increasing our return on ad spend as well. KlientBoost has provided various Conversion Rate Optimization audits which have helped our design team make informed decisions and our conversion rate has more than doubled since working with them. They were not only a pleasure to work with, but we immediately saw an improvement in conversion rates (our primary goal) and improvement in other metrics like bounce rate. Because KlientBoost was so successful, the client wanted to give them more responsibility and more ownership over the process, so they replaced their existing digital ad agency with KlientBoost. They were running a low-mid 7 figure ad campaign primarily across search, video, and display, all with the focus of driving highly efficient leads. **What do you like best about KlientBoost?** The best thing about KlientBoost is their focus on data and technology. Why? I had been burned in the past. I had spent tens of thousands of dollars on digital marketing and it ultimately didn't work as we hoped. I waited for over a year before finally deciding to give KB a chance on our project. And, when I did, I was not just pleasantly surprised, I was proven wrong. I should have started with them a year prior. Our project was launching a cereal online. A new market, a new cereal. A test project for our larger cereal company. We had struggled to get a CPA that worked for us. We had tried nearly everything and we were about to shut down the project. Then, we thought, let's give it one more go and see what KB can do. Within weeks, we had a landing page and ad strategy that brought our CPA down to our target. Fast forward a couple of months and we continued to refine and improve the campaigns. The numbers continued to drive new business and we found we had the right target as 33% of them came back within the first month to buy again. Simply put, the math worked. We were ready to scale the new brand. Unfortunately, and with nothing to do with KB, we decided to halt that project. It had to do with our core cereal company and where we were heading. But, I'm still super proud of the work we did and that we had nailed this challenging product within a short time with KB. They are rock stars in the digital media space and truly know their stuff. As we all know, it changes quickly and it's not worth my time, nor my team's time, to be experts in digital media. R.E.S.U.L.T.S. I can't tell you how many times I worked with agencies in the past who struggled to show real value. That's not KB. They are the real deal. And, they're awesome to work with.
