Klef is HRIS-driven identity lifecycle management software that keeps every downstream system in sync with your company's existing HRIS. People Ops and IT define access as policy as code, and Klef automatically provisions and deprovisions user accounts as employees and contractors join, change roles, and leave. Klef records every change against the worker and the policy that required it, giving the company a complete audit trail for compliance. Klef connects to HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Gusto, and BambooHR, as well as 20+ downstream systems, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack, helping eliminate manual onboarding and offboarding.
