One search covers 24 official lists. They include the US Consolidated Screening List (OFAC SDN and non-SDN lists, the BIS Entity List, Denied Persons List, Unverified List and Military End-User List, and State Department debarment and nonproliferation lists), the UN, EU, UK, Canada, Switzerland and Japan sanctions lists, and US import, debarment and red-flag lists such as the UFLPA Entity List, CBP withhold release orders, the Section 1260H list, the FCC Covered List and SAM.gov exclusions. Kleerance downloads each list from its official publisher on a fixed schedule, from every 6 hours to daily, and every list shows when it was last refreshed. What you can do with Kleerance: - Screen a single name, with fuzzy matching that handles aliases, spelling variants and transliteration, plus exact lookups for identifiers such as IMO numbers, aircraft tail numbers and registration numbers. - See why each result matched, which list it is on, and what a hit on that list means: a sanctions designation, an export restriction, an import presumption or detention, or a debarment. Every result links to the official source. - Record a review decision with a note, so the reason a possible match was cleared or escalated is on file. - Screen a whole customer or supplier list at once by uploading a CSV file. - Monitor parties you deal with regularly and get an email when one of them appears on a list. - Download a timestamped PDF record of each screening for your shipment or customer file. - Screen from your own systems through a REST API documented with OpenAPI.
