What do you like best about KLEA?

It is an interactive and intuitive platform that combines technology, law and advice. The advice is not given by robots but by people who have your best interests at heart. They are assisted by experts making the Klea space safe and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The beginning was a bit more difficult because like any technology, you need an ambassador within Klea but also within the company and sometimes you have to convince people to change their habits but with perseverance you can quickly see the benefits of this platform. What problems is KLEA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Klea allows me to archive all documents in a secure space and according to European standards. It allows me to delegate a good part of the general secretariat to give me time to develop professionally at other levels within the company. It also allows me to be sure that my processes comply with the laws where the company is present. I also have access to a network of lawyers in case of questions.

The platform provides all relevant corporate information and documents on legal entities in one place, accessible to selected stakeholders. The workflow allows the user to handle efficiently and timeously corporate secretarial matters, from drafting of resolutions to signing, registration and filing thereof. What do you like best about KLEA?

The fresh interface and very simple and straigtforward navigation make Klea extremely easy and fun to use and navigate through our corporate landscape and retrieve information in no time. It is easy enough that our non-legal internal stakeholders are pretty much able to find their way around with no or very little training. Also, the support is truly unparalleled. Most issues / problems have been addressed and fixed in a day or less (even on weekends). Improvements and feature requests are truly considered. We were looking for a simple solution to store, manage and retrieve corporate information of a relavtively large number of entities, which had previously been done without a specialized tool, using a variety of standard office software. We have ensured that corporate housekeeping can be done faster, information is alwas acurate and up to date, and can be retrieved by internal stakeholders themselves without involving the legal department. In addition, a coordinator is put in charge of our specific requests and ensures the work is done through their network of local law firms.
