Most importantly, I received great support from the Klea team every time I had specific requests for customization or doubts on how to use it. So far I am extremely satisfied with it and it is fully in line with our expectations and company needs. **What do you dislike about KLEA?** There is nothing I dislike, but only few features that can be improved (e.g. in the reporting phase). They are assisted by experts making the Klea space safe and professional. **What do you dislike about KLEA?** The beginning was a bit more difficult because like any technology, you need an ambassador within Klea but also within the company and sometimes you have to convince people to change their habits but with perseverance you can quickly see the benefits of this platform. **What problems is KLEA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Klea allows me to archive all documents in a secure space and according to European standards. It allows me to delegate a good part of the general secretariat to give me time to develop professionally at other levels within the company.
