Klaxoon could be a little bit more polished. The shapes, like rectangles with rounded corners, get weird when you stretch them, and SVG vector shapes don't work very well. You can't add more connectors than just four, which makes it clumsy for complex representations. The tables are awkward and don't format well, making them hard to use. Font size of text varies based on zoom level it was created at, and there's no way to have a uniform size. Features for grouping and arranging things miss some UX polish, feeling like a fight compared to other software, especially when it comes layers. When I set a huge table as a background as a kind of grid to organize ideas, even if it is locked, I always find myself fighting with selecting things in it. Editing questions is awkward, needing two screens. Another huge issue is arrows/connections. There is no way to save the styles you are using. So if you use multiple, you find yourself constantly having to change 3-4 settings all the time while you are building, this is tiresome.
