Well i've been using the mouse most of the day because my fingers are sore and this program did not crash during my creation of my network layout diagrams. The drag and drop is fairly easy to understand and it auto saves my work so I never have to search around for that pesky "save" option and also templates allow me to quickly create and map my thoughts without wasting any time adjusting any spacing or positioning which is a plus. Klaxoon is slow as molasses if you load up the screen with a bunch of shapes and it is absolutely infuriating. To recolor individual icons from the template library is way overcomplicated and completely unnecessary. We use Klaxoon for Safety Zero Harm Mindset training workshops, and honestly, it's completely changed how our sessions go. PowerPoint slides put people to sleep. Klaxoon is able to help us get everyone in the 'virtual' room to pay attention. It also encourages participation. I like the voting and word cloud features and being able to poll a room in an instant and the use of the sticky notes. There's zero lag and it fits right in to our other day-to-day tools like TEAMS, which saves us a ton of time. Being able to export everything out into a PDF or an Excel file is also incredibly helpful. We see Klaxoon as a great ROI as we're able to utilize the program to push forward our Safety culture. I haven't used the support feature too much just yet, but it's been easy enough to learn and navigate. I've not run into many challenges with onboarding. I've also not used the AI feature, but look forward to utilizing it in the future as I become more comfortable with what the program can offer as far as intelligence. The only note I'll make here is regarding the mobile experience. We continuously encourage our teams and participants to access from a desktop/laptop because the experience on a cell phone or tablet is not nearly as smooth.
